The photographs submitted were taken in the urban environment, where nature might not play an important part, but sociological conventions, we the people (and the largest representatives of the nature in the urban environment) devised, reveal our love, need and desire for it. The images are celebration moments, all marked by the acknowledgment of the value we place on nature – flowers for birthday, a green park for the young couple and water to welcome, freshen up and make the children’s play healthy and fluid. We adore the nature and we understand that without it, there would be no symbols to describe our social life and indeed, no celebrations within it.
